It would appear that the novel aliens are back and actually having a bit of mercy on me this time. They are realizing that I am a mother and businesswoman so they cannot take all of my brain to devote to my newest novel. So they took about half of it and injected it with a completely new story! All of those unfinished pieces of stories I have floating around, will remained unfinished for the time being. A fresh new plot with new characters has taken over. My last one was a cross between chick-lit and romance. This one seems to be chick-lit all the way...and get this...it's funny! (Yes, I am actually admitting it!)
I'm not quite ready to divulge any excerpts yet, but I will share with you where I am in the the NaNoWriMo scheme of things...
Just missed yesterday's goal by a little under 400 words but that's okay... I didn't think I'd get this far! When I'm ready to share, you'll be the first to know!
